Shipping policy
We do everything we can to deliver your order quickly and safely, and we work with reliable shipping partners to ensure a smooth delivery. Below you will find our shipping information and conditions.
Shipping and tracking
Orders are shipped via reliable carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the selected shipping method. We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. All orders placed before 10:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a track and trace code. This confirmation serves as proof that the order is on its way.
Not received, damaged or missing orders
Reports of missing or damaged items must be submitted within 14 days after delivery and must be supported with relevant information, such as photos and order details. Damaged packaging alone does not entitle you to a replacement or refund if the product itself is intact.
When the track and trace status shows that an order has been delivered, responsibility passes to the recipient. In that case, the customer must file a claim with the carrier themselves and provide proof of loss. Claims submitted later than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for review.
Changes and cancellations of orders
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipping has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The shipping confirmation with tracking information serves as proof of shipment. By placing an order, you agree to all shipping conditions as described in this policy.
